Giving Back Campaign 2025
At Child Paths, we believe in celebrating the heroes who lay the foundation for our future – dedicated early years educators. These incredible individuals inspire, nurture, and shape the minds of our youngest learners. They play a pivotal role in children’s development and future success.
Through the Giving Back Campaign, we aim to shine a light on the unsung champions of early childhood education. Our initiative is more than just a thank-you; it’s recognition of the hard work, creativity, and compassion that educators in high quality education and care settings bring to our children every day.
It embodies our company mission and represents the early childhood education values we aspire to embed in the relationships we develop with our customers. High quality early childhood education interactions and environments enable babies, toddlers and young children to reach their potential. The campaign prioritises the child and their families and extols the high quality relationships that settings create with them.


Recognition Awards 2024
In 2024, as part of the Giving Back Campaign, Child Paths established the Recognition Awards and has invested over €40,000 in that initiative. We awarded €1,000 each month to exemplary ECEC settings, recognising their commitment to quality early education and sharing the prize with their dedicated staff. These monthly winners competed in a grand finale event at the end of 2024, where the top three awards of €5,000, €3,000, and €2,000 were announced. The campaign underscores our commitment to celebrating the invaluable contributions of early years educators, often the unsung heroes in communities across the country.
2024 Giving Back Campaign: Impact
During the Giving Back Campaign Recognition Awards in 2024, we had 117 nominations across 63 different settings, awarded close to €20,000 in prizes, and shone a light on the unsung heroes of Early Childhood Education and Care through extensive media coverage
