Here at Child Paths, we pride ourselves on the world-class standard for customer service, with our fast response time. We always have our customers at the top of our mind, no matter what we do and what new features we implement. 

We can assure you that no question is ever left unturned, without a solution or an answer. The team at Child Paths strives to have all our customers feel like they can message us at any hour of the day and be given a prompt reply. We want our customers to feel like they are part of a community here at Child Paths and that no question is a silly question. We treat many of our customers as friends since we have built such a good relationship with them. Since we are passionate about customer support, before COVID-19, we used to go to a service and do the training with them in person, and that way, it allowed everyone to get to know each other at a more personal level. We also give our mobile numbers to the customers, where we are happy to answer questions even out of work hours!

“When my wife was going in labour at the hospital, one of my team members caught me in work helping a customer solve an issue they were having! Thankfully I made it just in time for the birth of my baby, so in the end, I had a happy wife and a happy customer, so all was good! Another example was when I was at a scan appointment with my wife. I was hiding behind the doctor replying to a customer’s question while doing the ultrasound! People might think that this could have waited 5 minutes, but in my mind, I promised my customers a premium customer service with a premium product, and that is what they will get no matter where I am.”
